Teacher Educator Wellbeing, Stress and Burnout: A Scoping Review

Research reveals that due to the intensifying demands of higher education work environments, academic staff are reporting increased levels burnout and stress decreasing wellbeing. Teacher educators who involved with teaching research in field Initial Education (ITE). This scoping review aimed draw together about teacher educator wellbeing, burnout, identify where there gaps evidence-based knowledge. study revealed is a relatively new under-researched area, dearth current literature this field. As result finding, it recommended extensive qualitative quantitative be conducted better understand burnout. It hoped will drive innovation reform ITE by identifying what known unknown field, thus informing future support
